Pure value
Pehhh. This started off as a simple study but rapidly degenerated into a perfectionist mess. It's driving me insane; I can't understand why the likeness isn't more complete, so if there is anyone out there, help me! Incidentally, the pretty lady is Naomi from the TV series 'Skins', which you should watch.

Looks really good dude! The main thing is the lack of contrast in your picture but seeing as youve got that much likeness down you will probably have noticed that.
You doing these sidebyside in photoshop and tackling it that way?

Hey chap, yeah I realise that the contrast is still off, got so caught up in tiny little stupid details that I haven't bothered to fix it yet. -_-

Yeah, I went to the darkside and sold out to alchemy too, been tinkering with a fair few thumbs so far. I love how the forums really come to life, yay for competition.
